MTV uses HI-POD at the 2004 Movie Awards

Culver City, CA, June 11th, 2004- MTV hosted its 13th annual Movie Awards - the end-all, be-all destination for fans of the world's biggest movie, TV, and music stars. The newest star at the event was not actually on the red carpet but above it. HI-POD, the Xtreme Camera Monopod, was used to videotape the celebrity red-carpet arrivals. HI-POD at Reagan Memorial

Santa Monica , CA, June 6th, 2004- Outside the Kingsley & Gates mortuary the Press and well-wishers gathered to capture a glimpse of the Reagan family and the Reagan casket. Towering above the street lights, the HI-POD captured still photos and crane-like video shots of the historic moment.
